GRAPES: 100% Chardonnay
APPELATION: Veneto Indicazione Geografica Tipica
VINEYARDS:
Wine obtained from Chardonnay grapes grown in the Province of Vicenza, in hilly vineyards at intermediate altitude (100-200m). The soil is calcareous-argillaceous.
VINIFICATION:
White vinification. The grapes are destemmed and than macerated for a brief time with a soft pressing. Fermentation under controlled temperature in steel autoclaves at 16°-18°C with refinement on the yeasts for 6 months.
CHARACTERISTICS:
Colour: intense straw yellow
Bouquet: fine and characteristic with notes of wild flowers
Taste: dry, well-balanced and pleasant
Alcohol content: 12.5% vol
FOOD MATCHES:
Perfect as aperitif, this wine is recommended with first courses, fish, white meats and light cheese
SERVING TEMPERATURE:
Serve at 8°-10°C.

GRAPES: 60% Sauvignon Blanc, 40% Garganega
APPELATION: Indicazione Geografica Tipica
VINEYARDS:
Are sited on volcanic slopes in the Province of Verona at an altitude of 500 m (ASL).
VINIFICATION:
The grapes are harvested between the end of September and beginning of October, depending on the vintage, the grapes are gently pressed and cooled immediately before pressing. The Garganega is transferred to stainless steel containers for the fermentation and Sauvignon is left for 2 months in two to three year old barrels.
CHARACTERISTICS:
Colour: Straw yellow with golden reflexes.
Aroma: Ample to the nose with floral notes, violets and elderflowers in particular.
Taste: Intense in the palate and yet delicate with tropical fruits and hints of cinnamon, the body is full, pleasant and well-balanced.
Alcohol content: 12.5% vol
FOOD MATCHES:
Perfect with light starters, pasta, risotto, fish and seafood, mature cheese.
SERVING TEMPERATURE:
Serve in characteristic tulip-shaped glasses at a temperature of 8-10°C.

VINEYARDS:
The grapes are sourced from Tuscany, Provinces of Florence, Siena and Pistoia. Hilly areas with elevations not exceeding 700 metres and soil made of arenaceous, marly limy substrata, clayey schists and sand.
VINIFICATION:
In red, with 7-8 days steeping on skins in stainless steel tanks.
CHARACTERISTICS:
Colour: Bright ruby red verging on garnet red when aged
Aroma: This wine has a generous bouquet of violets and dark briary fruit.
Taste: A fruity, floral flavour with hints of morello cherry and violets, a dry, well-balanced flavour
Alcohol content: 12.5% vol.
FOOD MATCHES:
This wine is a particularly suitable accompaniment to roasts, grilled meat and hearty soups.

GRAPES: 60% Corvina, 40% Merlot
APPELATION: Indicazione Geografica Tipica
VINEYARDS:
Corvina grapes are grown in vineyards located in the upper Val d’Alpone while the Merlot grapes are grown on basalt soils in the Province of Verona. All the vineyards are characterised by a good sun exposure, which ensure the complete maturation of grapes.
VINIFICATION:
The grapes were hand harvested. The 70% of them is destemmed, crushed and transferred to stainless steel containers. The remaining 30 % of the grapes are left to dry for about a month. Fermentation takes place at first in barrels and then in stainless steel tanks. At the end of this process the two wines are blended into an outstanding product.
CHARACTERISTICS:
Colour: Intense ruby red
Aroma: Cherry blossom
Taste: Merlot gives the wine a smooth palate. Clean, full and well balanced to the finish.
Alcohol content: 13.0% vol
FOOD MATCHES:
First courses with rich dressings, roasts, braised meats, grilled red meats

Colour: Golden yellow
Aroma: Characteristic with slight hints of flint and ripe peach and pear.
Taste: At the palate is smooth, dry, fresh and pleasantly crisp.
